Project Timeline

Our client projects are comprised of four distinct life phases:

PHASE I

Discovery x Strategy

During the discovery and strategy phase, we conduct an extensive client interview in which we listen to your needs and ask the tough questions. We also analyze your goals and tell you from industry experience what will work and what will not. You will gain a detailed understanding of the project and the requirements needed to implement it successfully.
 
Based on research conducted, we will devise a strategy and provide you with a proposal that outlines the work to be performed, how much it cost, and how long it will take.

We will provide:
 
+ A design brief describing our understanding of the project’s goals and parameters
+  An itemized work plan to guide the process

PHASE II

Creative Exploration x Design Development

It is during the creative exploration stage of the development process that we design the project based upon the information provided. Every choice, from layout and color to type size and style is made with your communication goals in mind. The stand-out ideas are chosen for development into initial concepts and are further refined. We will present you with a rough draft at the completion of this stage and gather additional information as necessary.

We will provide:
 
+ Two to three initial design concepts for evaluation
+ Refined design direction for the chosen design composition

PHASE III

Production Management x Implementation

Once we integrate all modifications into the final product it undergoes a rigorous review process to ensure continuity.

At this stage we will provide:
 
+ Production proofs for proofing and refinement as needed
+ Production management for the finished project
+ The finished project

PHASE IV

Launch x Project Post Mortem

At this last stage, we submit the final product to you and elicit feedback. If you are satisfied with the result, we will finalize the process and begin our project post mortem. If you are not satisfied, we will repeat the process until you are.

If for any reason you not completely satisfied with the development of your project, simply contact your account manager before the project is finalized and you will not be charged the final payment. It’s that simple. Otherwise, we will continue to work with you until you are completely satisfied with the results.
